Shipping Info
* Priority mail = 8-14 business processing days with 2-3 day transit
* Free shipping on $75+= 8-14 business processing days
*RUSH = 2 processing business days + 2-3 day shipping label transit time
♥Shop.TheShoeBox business hours are Monday-Friday from 1am – 5pm (PST).  Please allow an estimated time of 8-14 business days for all orders to be processed, fulfilled, and sent from our facility to the post office. Processing time includes the time when your shipping label is created until it is picked up and scanned by your shipping carrier.
♥ International shipments range from 1-6 weeks depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office.

 

Important Information on International Orders:

International shipments may be subject to import customs, taxes, and duty fees, which are charged upon arrival of your package in the country of destination. These fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay, not Shop Official Bee's. Unfortunately, we cannot predict what your particular customs, taxes, and duty fees may be. If you wish to receive more information on your country's customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.

Missing Packages:
♥ All packages are insured with USPS & We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, IF Your package appears to be lost please fill out a claim at: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
♥ Kindly note, we cannot cancel an order after it has been placed.

♥ If an item happen to be damaged or defective, you must report it to us within (5) days After delivery day. ANY DAMAGES or defective items reported after the (5) days will NOT be accepted. Please attach photos of the return inquiry

Shipping costs are non-refundable

♥All items are final, exchanges can be available if size permits.

We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return, If the wrong shoe was sent to you we will cover shipping.
